Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done to prevent this annoying practice, and many "innocent" webmasters and individuals are victimized by it on a repeat basis. On the other hand, if you wish to contact the artist with a legitimate request or offer, please be specific in your subject line and don't leave it blank or just say "Hi". Due to huge amounts of spam mail received each day, all messages with blank subject lines or ones which say "Hi" are deleted without opening because 99.9% of them are spam. All legitimate emails are answered promptly, so if you don't hear back within a day or two, please feel free to write again. Thank you for your understanding. And now, please enjoy the art. |
